I am pleased to announce that we have merged with CrossFit Sound Beach starting in December 2014! We are now offering over 53 weekly classes including CrossFit, CrossFit Strongman, CrossFit Mobility, and Spin. We also have a Chiropractor and Massage Therapist on-site (by appt.).
